How long will it take you to ship my order?
Depending on whether or not I already have the sticker design you want on hand, or if I need to make more, it may me take up to 4 business days to ship out your order, not including postal holidays. Be assured I want to send out your order as soon as possible!
How do I track my order?
You will recieve an order confirmation email and then a separate shipping confirmation email with a tracking number if you chose a tracked shipping method. If you chose standard untracked shipping, I will send a shipping confirmation email after I've dropped off your order, however you will not receive a tracking number since it will be sent by letter mail. If for some reason, you don't receive your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email, please contact me by email, and I'd be happy to assist you.
What happens if I don't receive my order?
Please email me if your order doesn't turn up after 21 days (US orders) or 40 days (international orders) and I may send you a replacement. Replacement is only eligible for lost, not stolen orders.
What if I want to cancel or make changes to my order?
Please email me within 24 hours at for any order changes or cancellations.
What is your return policy?
All sales are considered final, so no returns are accepted. However, if you recieve a defective item, please contact me by email for a replacement.
Are your stickers waterproof?
Unfortunately, due to the adhesive not staying on a water bottle after a hand washing test, I don't consider my stickers waterproof and recommend avoiding washing the stickers or getting them soaking wet. However stickers are laminated, so wiping with a damp cloth or paper towel is fine!
